Our vision is for Hmong parents, babies, and families to noj qab, nyob zoo (eat well, live well - live healthy lives).

Our mission is to empower Hmong birthing people, parents, and families by creating brave spaces for learning, support, and healing; meanwhile, weaving together our culture and the promotion of breast/chestfeeding and family health and wellbeing in the Hmong community.
